with a beautifully decorated open area.
Ground floor refurbishment has a fit for purpose
mental health unit/ward which comes fully
equipped with; 14 New consultation rooms, 3
new group meeting rooms, 4 new clinical areas
all with nurse call systems, a new Accessible WC,
Cleaners cupboard and Sluice room.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The CAT B refurbishment consisted of the following:
Demolition of existing ceilings
Supply Extract alterations
New A/C Installation to all consulting and meeting rooms
Installation of 50 db rating partitions and acoustic ceiling to

New domestic supplies with water heaters to serve the floors
New 1 st Floor Kitchenette
New Coms Room Installation
Electrak to 1 st Floor and Floor boxes installed
Installation of blinds and cubicle tracks
Installation of Stirling Medical Units to Clinical Rooms
Installation of 40 db rated doorsets (BMTRADA sign off)
